Benson Kavoo
Benson is a Director and our lead expert in Strategy development & execution, and Management Consulting Services.
Benson is a highly accomplished management consultant with over 25 years of experience in Strategic Planning, Capacity Building, Organizational Capacity Assessment, Public Sector Performance Improvement, Organization Development, Training, Coaching, Performance Management, Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E).
Benson’s expertise spans delivering transformative technical assistance to national and regional governments, NGOs, and municipalities across Africa, particularly in Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda and South Sudan. Overtime, I have successfully led high-impact projects in planning, Service delivery improvement, Governance, Accountability, stakeholder engagement, Performance Contracting, Results Focus, Public Sector Reforms and Transformation, significantly enhancing organizational capacities and service delivery outcomes.

Joshua is a Director and one of the lead experts in Accounting, financial and Business Management . He is a Practicing Accountant and mainly specializes in accounting, financial ,taxation, risk assurance and business re-engineering consultancies. He has over 20 years’ experience in the private, Non-Governmental and multilateral sectors with consulting experience both locally and regionally.

Margaret Muinde
Margaret Muinde a trained economist and a certified public accountant with over 24 years experience in financial management, development & implementation of strategic plans and designing financing mechanisms in the public and private sector. Ms. Muinde has long-term experience working with national and county governments, ministries and government agencies, private sector institutions (Non-Listed companies and Listed companies at NSE, JSE and LSE), Non-Governmental Organizations, Civil Society and communities. Prior to joining the public sector, Margaret worked in the private sector with EY and PKF International Audit firms, in the audit and consultancy functions for 8 years. She currently provides technical support in the public sector strategic planning and financing, organizational development, building financial management systems.

Her expertise cuts across areas such as HR function optimization, organization design, job design and evaluation, talent management, performance management as well as change management. Lydia has a wealth of senior management and consulting expertise with a proven track record of leading delivery of projects in public sector, banking, insurance, manufacturing, tech, health care, hospitality and non-governmental sector.
